HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING DOES NOT CHANGE THE AREA IN THE ADIPOCYTES OF THE EPICARDIUM OF FAT RATS

The obesity due to high caloric ingestion is related the accumulation of body fat andpredisposes cardiovascular diseases. Recent studies about High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT) evidence benefits its practice in patients that maybe carrying this disease, mainlybecause reduction comorbidities associated with obesity. This present study has theobjective evaluating HIIT effects on adipocytes’ changes epicardium adiposetissue animals induced by consumption high-fat diet. It was used male rats ofWistar lineage fed daily HFD and trained three times a week for 8 consecutiveweeks. were weighted during training sections and, after euthanasia, wererealized histological analyses adipose tissue. results showed HFDincreased weight side view adipocytes. However, theHIIT did not change area adipocytes epicardial tissue, even thoughthe diet had been hypertrophy factor Then, we can conclude HIITcontributes avoid gain but capable reducing theadipocytes
